1. Explaining to Bethenny how she should be introduced to the driver

   In the first season of The Real Housewives of New York, the Countess took exception to the fact that her fellow cast-mate Bethenny Frankel introduced her merely as ‘Luann’ to a driver.

   ‘If you introduce me to, like, a driver, it’s, like, Mrs deLesseps,’ she told a slack-jawed Bethenny in the backseat. ‘You know, like kids,’ she added, thereby displaying the absolute lack of self-awareness and ingrained snobbery we all came to, like, love her for.

2. Don’t be all, like, uncool

   In season 7 of RHONY, the cast took a trip to the Turks & Caicos. The Countess, who is nothing if not a sensational seductress, brought a man home with her for the night. Heather woke up to the sight of a naked stranger in their villa and ripped into Luann the next morning, prompting the Countess to utter the immortal line ‘Be cool.
